Q1: I want to activate internet on my mobile, How can I get the needed settings?
To access your personal settings for internet usage service through your mobile
phone, please send a free of charge SMS includes the word "GPRS" to 111.
Q2: What about my bill?
For any inquiries concerning the amount of your unbilled airtime until the last
24 hours or the amount of your last bill, please call 101 or text the word "bill"
by SMS to 101, from the concerning (or relevant) phone line number. This service
costs 4 SYP per minute and 5 SYP per SMS.
Q3: How to get MTN new mobile services?
To subscribe to any available service, please contact customer care service for
any information regarding the relevant service subscription, its usage and benefits.
Q4: How can I subscribe to a pay monthly line?
By visiting one of our Customer Care Service points or dealers.
The needed documents to acquire for a new pay monthly line:
For Syrians: a complete subscription contract and Personal ID card.
For Foreigners: a complete subscription contract, passport and a local deposit
of 10,021 SYP.
For minors: the authorized person will sign the subscription contract on behalf
of the minor and it will be reassigned (transferred) to the minor upon reaching
the age of 18.
Q5: How can I subscribe to Pay as you go line?
By visiting one of our Customer Care Service points or dealers. The documents
needed to acquire a new pay as you talk line:
For Syrians: a complete subscription contract and Personal ID card.
For Foreigners: a complete subscription contract and passport.
For minors: if an ID card is not available, the subscription contract will be signed
by an authorized person on behalf of the minor. The line will be reassigned (transferred)
to the minor's name upon reaching the age of 18.
If the minor already has an ID card, the line can be obtained by completing the
subscription contract and showing the ID card.
Q6: What is PIN1 code?
PIN1 is the personal Identification Number 1 that secures the SIM card. The default
PIN code is usually "0000". To change it, please refer to your handset manual.
Entering the PIN code incorrectly three consecutive times will automatically cause
blocking of the SIM card.
Q7: What is the PUK1 code?
PUK1 is (Personal Unblocking Key1) code used to unblock the SIM card after entering
the PIN code incorrectly three consecutive times.

Q8: What is PIN 2?
PIN 2 stands for Personal Identification Number 2; it enables subscribers to
get access to additional GSM services such as closed user group, call cost, and
fixed number dialing.

PUK2 is (Personal Unblocking Key2) code used to unblock the access to additional
GSM services when entering the PIN 2 code incorrectly three consecutive times.

MTN issues a user's invoice on a monthly basis. To check payment dates, please

The prepaid voucher is a recharge voucher that is used to recharge MTN prepaid
