On July 1st 2007, MTN Syria made its first appearance with a bright and bold campaign saluting every major city.
For the full launch, the telecom company released a nationwide campaign under the theme "Lighten up your life."
Shot on location in Damascus and Palmyra, the TV commercial perfectly captured the spirit of the Syrian people - their ambitions and their dreams for a promising future. In the film, parents and children, farmers and schoolchildren, young and old all unite in anticipation of the rising sun.
As it appears from the horizon, the sun casts a radiant glow on the Syrian flag.
