Ten of MTN's Employees Joined Millions to Attend the Opening Ceremony of 2010 FIFA World Cup in South Africa

Ten of MTN's employees lived a stimulating experience by attending the opening ceremony of 2010 FIFA World Cup with millions of football fans that took place in Johannesburg, South Africa, on June 11th 2010.

The staff, who arrived Johannesburg`s airport on Thursday 10th of June 2010, stayed four days in Johannesburg, where they have been welcomed by MTN Group’s team, invited to a dinner  welcoming them to attend the most prominent event in the sports world awaited by millions 

MTN Syria team expressed: "MTN presented us the opportunity of witnessing the 2010 FIFA World Cup opening ceremony and the very first match. Therefore, we want to express our gratitude for giving us the opportunity to witness this unforgettable sports event.”

The employees had an amazing time in South Africa for touring with MTN Group in Johannesburg to visit significant touristic sights and markets for shopping.
