This service enables all MTN website viewers to search for a certain mobile number, reserve it and transfer it to a certain Costumer Care Centre to get the number from it. This can be completed by choosing mobile number online and filling MTN's application to transfer the number automatically to MTN's Costumer Care Centre so subscriber will be able to get the number during 72 hours maximum.
Reserving mobile number service also enables VIP and large account subscribers to send reserving number request after filling the application that includes adding VIP's serial number from the Subscriber's special VIP card, the subscriber will receive SMS from MTN to inform him/her if the number is available or not. |
